Overview:

S&G Air Conditioning Contracts Limited recently completed a HVAC refurbishment project at St. George's East, Wimbledon.

 

We were contracted to carry out the supply and installation of VRF Air Conditioning and the manufacture, supply and installation of the ventilation services.

 

The ceiling/service void was severely restrictive and therefore required very close co‐ordination with the other trades.

 

The 5 storey project was completed in 12 weeks.

 

Scope of works:

— Full heat recovery ventilation systems installation

— Multiple VRF comfort cooling/heating installation

— Plant room ventilation

— Full commissioning.
