Overview:

S&G Air Conditioning Contracts Limited were employed by Paramount Office Interiors to design and build the mechanical services at the new headquarters for Bron Afon Community Housing (Torfaen Borough Council) in Cwmbran.

 

The installation was carried out to allow phased occupation of 220 staff.

The 5000m2 project was completed in 6 months.

 

Scope of works:

— Full mechanical design

— Full heat recovery ventilation systems installation

— Multiple VRF comfort cooling/heating installation

— Plumbing/heating installation.
