Our Challenge
We were employed by Trefoil Interiors to carry out the design and installation of air conditioning systems serving the First Floor of an existing office space in Pencoed, Bridgend.
As there were already AC units installed on site we were asked to decommission and remove the existing units in line with current legislation.
Our Solution
To ensure the new office space had sufficient air conditioning installed to satisfy our calculated peak heat loads, we decided to install 1no new Panasonic Heat recovery VRF system.
Due to the size of the cellular offices we installed 9no compact cassettes in total and all offices had their own individual hard wired remote controller.
We were also asked to provide cooling to a newly formed Comms Room which we did by installing a new dedicated Panasonic AC split system.
The air conditioning systems were fully tested and commissioned by ourselves, before providing a handover demonstration to the client.
