Our Challenge

We were employed by ISG Ltd to supply and install 3no Mitsubishi ducted split systems to the ground floor reception.

The project was phased and coordinated with other trades working on the reception refurbishment whilst ensuring the main part of the reception remained open to the public.

Our Solution

We supplied and installed Mitsubishi ducted split systems which consisted of external condensing units positioned in a sub-basement lift well.

Internally we provided ceiling mounted ducted fan coils. new secondary ductwork and grilles. All of the services were sprayed black to highlight the feature ceiling.

Our scope of works included the following:

• Installation of Mitsubishi Heat Recovery Ducted Split Air Conditioning Systems
• Supply and Install new secondary ductwork and grilles
• Full commissioning of Mitsubishi equipment and balancing of air system
