Having originally started with S&G back in 2007 Paul was promoted to Managing Director in November 2018. Alongside Nic Roberts he has the responsibility of the day to day running of all aspects the company encompassing our three regional offices in Wales, London and the Midlands.
Although in a new role Paul continues to oversee the majority of the operational side of the business. This includes compliance to Health &Safety, Training and Accreditations in addition to working with other departments to ensure financial, staff performance and customer satisfaction targets are met.
During the recent Management restructure Nic was promoted to Commercial Director and has joint responsibility of the day to day running of all aspects the company alongside Paul.
Nic has worked in the HVAC industry for 20 years specialising in VRV & VRF systems. Over the last few of these he has headed up business development predominantly in our London Office. He is now responsible for developing new business throughout the company whilst maintaining our current client base's needs, with a hands-on approach to design and project management.
Phil joined S&G back in 2009 and over this time he has been a key figure in establishing our Midlands Office. With accountability on larger national bespoke Projects for major clients, Phil draws on his 40 years of industry experience to exceed expectations on turn key projects.
Although predominantly based within our Midlands Office, Phil also oversees and advises the Project Managers from our other offices on their larger projects and is on hand to lend his expertise if and when required.
Ceri started with S&G back in 2009 as our Finance Manager and was vital to the expansion of the company and the set-up of our Midlands Office.
Ceri has over 20 years of financial management experience gained predominantly within the HVAC and Construction Industry and she looks after all of the standard accounting routines for the Company. This includes the production of the Management Accounts and Crucial Business Reporting and communicating these back to the Directors.
Although she is based within the Midlands Office, her role delivers the finance function of the business across all the S&G offices.
Colin joined S&G in 2009 as our Senior Technical Manager dealing with all aspects of design and estimating. Based in our Midlands office dealing with larger commercial and industrial projects, Colin also offers group technical assistance to our other offices as and when required.
Colin has 45 years of experience in the HVAC sector in all aspects of air conditioning, ductwork, pipework and public health services covering a wide range of projects including more specialist areas such as data centres, clean rooms and close control environments.
He has formed long standing relationships with many major clients and M&E consultant engineers often providing technical support during tender presentations.
Based within our Midlands Office, Phil joined S&G back in 2012 as part of the technical design team. He has the daily responsibility of completing calculations, system selections, project cost estimating and providing formal specifications and quotations to clients, working on a vast range of air conditioning, mechanical ventilation and heating projects.
He has been in the industry for around 15 years and has worked on a wide range of commercial, industrial, retail and domestic developments.
Phil graduated from Birmingham City University with a HNC Building Services Engineering (Mechanical) qualification whilst working in the industry. He also oversees the in-house CAD department.
Rhys started with S&G back in 2009 as one of our installation engineers and within a few years he made the progression to Project Manager.
With 17 years of industry experience and a building services engineering background, Rhys is able to deliver projects to a high standard and within budget whilst maintaining customer expectations throughout.
Although he is based in our Wales office Rhys is familiar with working nationwide and overseeing a vast range of projects. Over the last few years he has been responsible for running a lot of our larger projects for our key clients within Wales and surrounding areas.
Anthony joined S&G back in 2015 as a Project Manager and has worked in the HVAC industry for a considerable time with over 20 years in the field. He has predominantly worked in the air conditioning sector, specialising in Split and VRV / VRF systems.
With a proven history of successfully working on both commercial and domestic projects, in both hands-on installation roles and supervisory roles and he has become a key figure within our London Office.
Although predominantly based within London, Anthony has overseen projects throughout the United Kingdom and Channel Islands.
Dan started with S&G back in 2014 as one of our Project Managers working from our Wales office.
With 19 years of industry experience, Dan has undertaken roles in engineering across the refrigeration, air conditioning and building services sectors. During the last 7 years Dan has built up experience in project management where he has delivered the very highest of standards to meet customer requirements, within set specifications.
Given Dan’s strong technical background he runs a vast range of projects with varying complexities across the UK and Ireland as well as managing the service and maintenance department the company.
Based within our Midlands Office, Joe joined us as a CAD Technician back in 2018. He has the daily responsibility of creating new designs and modifying designs to clients specifications all in co-ordination with our design team.
Joe works on a vast range of air conditioning, mechanical ventilation and heating projects and oversees that all designs are kept to high company standards.
Joe graduated with 2D and 3D qualifications whilst working as a qualified Draughtsman with over 10 years of experience within the industry working on a wide range of educational, commercial, industrial, retail and domestic developments through-out.
