Our Challenge

S&G Air Conditioning Contracts Ltd were employed by Paramount to work on three office refurbishments for St James’ Place Wealth Management. The projects located in Cardiff, Bristol and Exeter were run separately and each project lasted for around 3 months.

Our Solution

Each project differed slightly with one of them requiring the existing VRV systems to be stripped out in its entirety whereas the others required modifications and additions to the existing VRV/VRF equipment.

All three jobs required new comms room split systems.

We modified the existing primary ductwork to suit the new locations of fan coil units and installed all new secondary ductwork, including thermal insulation.

We installed new independent shunt extract ventilation systems to serve the kitchen/breakout and cleaner’s cupboard.

All the air conditioning and ventilation systems were commissioned and balanced.
